Child Safety Standards

Sintlet is an 18+ platform. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited without exception. This page sets out our child safety standards, reporting mechanisms, and enforcement commitments.

Our Commitment

Sintlet is an 18+ social matching platform designed and operated exclusively for adults. The platform is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

Child safety is a core and non-negotiable requirement of the Sintlet platform. Sintlet maintains zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in all forms. These standards apply to all users, all content, and all interactions on the platform.

These Child Safety Standards are published to comply with applicable platform requirements and to clearly communicate Sintlet's position and process to users, parents, regulators, and platform partners.

Age Requirement

Sintlet is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 must not create or maintain an account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a Sintlet account.
  • You must not misrepresent your age or assist another person in misrepresenting their age.
  • Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 may be terminated without notice.
  • You must not use Sintlet to contact, communicate with, solicit, groom, exploit, or otherwise engage sexually with any person under 18 years of age.
  • These requirements are consistent with and supplement Sintlet's Terms of Service.

Zero-Tolerance CSAE / CSAM Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Sintlet and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and escalation to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — including requesting, creating, possessing, sharing, distributing, transmitting, or soliciting sexual images or content involving minors
  • Sexual exploitation of children
  • Child grooming — any conduct intended to establish trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Sexual solicitation of minors
  • Sexualized communication directed at or involving minors
  • Attempting to obtain sexual images or sexual content from any person under 18
  • Sextortion or coercion involving a minor
  • Sexual trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
  • Attempting to move a minor to another platform, application, or communication channel for the purpose of sexual exploitation
  • Any other conduct that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation

Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

If you encounter a suspected child-safety violation on Sintlet, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature.

How to report in the Sintlet app

Open the profile of the user you wish to report.

Tap "Report User."

Select "Safety Concerns."

You may provide additional information to assist the review.

Submit the report.

Use "Safety Concerns" if you encounter:

  • A user you believe or suspect to be under 18
  • Suspected child sexual exploitation or grooming behaviour
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or solicitation of CSAM
  • Sexual solicitation directed at or involving a minor
  • Any other serious child-safety concern

Important: Do not download, save, redistribute, or forward suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material. Do not re-transmit illegal material. Report it immediately using the in-app mechanism described above.

How Sintlet Responds

When Sintlet receives a child-safety report, the following process applies:

The reported account and any relevant content are assessed against these standards.

Appropriate Action

Action may include removing prohibited content, restricting account access, temporarily suspending the account, permanently terminating the account, or escalating the matter for further review.

CSAM — Actual Knowledge

Where Sintlet obtains actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material, Sintlet will take appropriate action consistent with its published standards and applicable law.

Record Preservation

Relevant records may be preserved where appropriate and lawful for safety, investigation, or legal compliance purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Authority Reporting

Where reporting is required by applicable law, Sintlet will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting to Authorities

Sintlet will comply with applicable child-safety and reporting obligations and will cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.

Where Sintlet obtains confirmed knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), the matter will be escalated and reported to the appropriate authority as required by applicable law.

The designated responsible person — the Sintlet developer and owner — personally reviews child-safety matters submitted to this address. This contact is available to users, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, and other parties with child-safety concerns related to Sintlet.

Enforcement

Violations of these child-safety standards may result in any of the following actions, applied at Sintlet's discretion:

  • Immediate removal of prohibited content
  • Restriction of account features
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Blocking of the account
  • Escalation to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law

Sintlet may take enforcement action without prior notice where appropriate for serious or urgent safety violations.

Cooperation & Records

Sintlet may retain relevant safety and moderation records where permitted by its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Records related to child-safety matters may be preserved where appropriate and lawful.

Sintlet will cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

User Responsibilities

All Sintlet users are personally responsible for their conduct on the platform. You must:

Never attempt to move a minor to another platform, app, or communication channel for sexual purposes.
