Your profile is hidden from other users immediately upon request. Personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
Support requests submitted via email are acknowledged within 28 days (support processing SLA).
Can't Access Your Account?
If you've lost your phone, SIM, received an OTP, or have already deleted the app you can submit a manual delete request via email. We will verify ownership of the account before processing your deletion request.
