These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sintlet mobile application and services.
By accessing or using Sintlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Eligibility (Strict 18+ Requirement)
Sintlet is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated without notice.
Account Registration & Responsibility
Verified Registration
To use Sintlet, you must register using a valid phone number (via OTP verification). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
Your Responsibility
You are fundamentally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
User-Generated Content Policy
🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy
You agree NOT to upload or transmit:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Violent or abusive content
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Any illegal or harmful material
Strict Enforcement
Violations will result in strict action:
- Immediate content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account ban
4. Reporting & Blocking
- Block Built-in: You can block any user; blocked users cannot contact you.
- Report Feature: Report users/content directly in the app.
👉 Moderation Process: Reports are reviewed by our team and action is typically taken within 24 hours.
5. User Conduct
You agree to respect other users and use the platform lawfully.
- Do NOT harass, stalk, or harm others
- Do NOT attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Do NOT collect data from others without consent
Location-Based Services
Sintlet uses location data to provide its core functionality. By using the app, you agree that your location will be processed to show nearby matches.
Your exact GPS location is kept strictly private. Only approximate location (e.g., city or distance) is visible to other users.
Safety & Offline Interaction

Sintlet facilitates online connections but does NOT perform criminal background checks or verify user identities beyond phone authentication.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Any offline meeting is strictly at your own risk.

8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove content, and restrict access at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app belong to Sintlet. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the system.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Sintlet is not responsible for user behavior, user-generated content, or offline interactions. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties.
10. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sintlet harmless from claims arising from your use of the app, violations of these Terms, or misconduct/illegal activity.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, notifying users via app updates or website updates. Continued use signifies acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
